For the experienced or intensive user, the digital quality system Proware has a number of expansion modules. The modules can be activated separately, such as this module AdminExtra.
Adjusting structures or metadata
Some organizations need to be able to adjust the structures within which all documents can be found quickly and easily. This can be done after an adjustment within the organization or if documents are classified per project. Administrators can use this module to make adjustments to the metadata in-line.
Extra management overview
In an extra overview in the management environment, the metadata of all drafts and published documents are available. These can be adjusted in-line here, quickly and easily. Files and images can also be easily replaced.
